Talent development in CITC

In the past months, CITC has created a vision document on Talent Development. Input was gathered through meetings with several stakeholders like regional educational institutes, commercial training companies and via meetings with the involved semicon organisations.

These insights made clear what the focus areas of CITC need to be: attracting (and retaining!) talent to the region, becoming the bridge between education and a career in the semicon industry, continuous education (for new talent and experienced people that already work in the industry) and connecting the regional education partners to the regional semicon ecosystem. The coming months we will have discussions with the industry about their need for education programs tailored to the needs of the semicon industry as well as with the education organisations (ROC, HAN, Radboud and other Universities) about the possible tracks they offer.
